We are not looking for someone to simply relay information or coordinate tasks. We need a Builder. This role is designed for a leader who is comfortable and experienced in building processes, scorecards, and workflows from scratch.
The ideal candidate functions like a Strong Project Manager: someone who can organize complex work, align all moving parts of their cluster, and drive independent execution. You aren't just a middleman; you are the driver of the initiative.
What you’ll be doing:
Pioneering & Process Architecture: Take ownership of setting things up. You will build operational processes, scorecards, and workflows from the ground up for pioneering campaigns, new projects and existing accounts.
Independent Project Leadership: Align all moving parts of your cluster. Like a Project Manager, you are responsible for making sure things actually get done, driving accountability across diverse teams.
Strategic Partnership Management: Manage partner relationships in a meaningful way. You will actively collaborate with partners to move initiatives forward, contributing to strategy and making independent decisions that impact the business.
Progressive Coaching & Culture: Lead with trust. You will manage employee issues through progressive coaching and development, rather than a "policing" approach.
Critical Decision Making: Move beyond "relaying information." You are expected to think critically, analyze data for trends, and provide insights that improve operational efficiency and the team member experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
The "Builder" Skillset: Proven experience in a "pioneering" environment where you had to structure processes and execution plans from scratch.
Ownership Mentality: A track record of taking full ownership of outcomes. You are someone who doesn't wait for instructions but instead moves initiatives forward independently.
Project Management DNA: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and drive them toward a singular goal.
Non-Punitive Leadership: A leader who understands that accountability is built through trust and coaching, not through fear or punishment.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of supervisory or management experience in a BPO Company, RPOs, VA Agencies, or similar companies (US-based accounts preferred).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to lead high-level discussions with clients and stakeholders.
