Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing business strategies and procedures to promote the company’s overall performance.
- Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth and ensuring they are met.
- Overseeing daily operations of the company and the work of executives in various departments such as IT, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Lead and encourage employees to maximize performance and dedication.
- Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance.
- Managing relationships with partners and vendors.
- Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement of goals.
- Assessing and managing risk to the company.
- Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

- Supporting worker communication with the management team.
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role (Preferably worked in a BPO Set up)
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
