Job Title: Inventory Auditor

• Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Auditor to ensure accurate stock records across our kitchen and bar operations. You’ll monitor inventory movement, spot discrepancies, and work closely with the purchasing and kitchen teams to maintain accountability and reduce losses.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Audit and verify stock against POS and manual records
• Identify and report variances or irregularities in stock
• Monitor stock movements (deliveries, transfers, waste, usage)
• Collaborate with purchasing and kitchen teams to ensure proper stock handling
• Assist in implementing inventory control procedures
• Recommend process improvements to minimize shrinkage and overstocking
• Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years experience in inventory, accounting, or auditing
• Preferably from the F&B or retail industry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with POS and inventory systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and integrity
• Able to work independently and handle confidential data
• Schedule & Setup:
• Full-time position
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC
• 6-day work week with occasional early mornings or late nights during inventory
