Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• With at least1 -2 years relevant working experience
• Must be knowledgeable in Excel & Powerpoint
• With good moral character and trustworthy.
• Well organized and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a multi-tasking environment with minimum supervision.
• Should be willing to do fieldworks.

Job Description:

• Daily monitoring and reconciliation of inventory reports for Bataan, Batangas, Sariaya, Lemery and VAO baseoil.
• Manage stock in SAP and product postings for the receipts, transfers, consumption and other transactions.
• Preparation and submission of BIR reports for Bataan, Batangas, Sariaya and Valenzuela
• Preparation and submission of DOE reports.
• Processing payment of local fuels, ethanol, CME and surveyor’s billings.
• Provide monthly inventory reports and data.
• Process government permits, renewal and accreditation.
• Filing of documents and other clerical works.
