About the role

As a Sales and Business Development Manager (B2B) at North Trend Marketing Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion within the Mindanao region. This full-time role will see you responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  2. Lead a team of Sales Specialist in Mindanao Area
  3. Build and nurture long-lasting, strategic relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and explore new opportunities for growth
  4. Identify and qualify new business prospects, proactively pitching the company's products and services to secure new clients
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to support the delivery of client solutions
  6. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform your sales approach
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably from Lubricants or FMCG industry
  2. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders
  5. Good analytical skills and commercial acumen to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  6. Can drive 4-wheel vehicle
