Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with high-end clientele, demonstrating the highest level of discretion, polish, and customer service excellence.

This role requires proficiency with Global Distribution System (GDS) tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar platforms to manage premium travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for executive-level and high-profile clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Utilize GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) to book flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
  • Provide tailored travel solutions, including luxury accommodations, premium flight arrangements, and special client requests.
  • Handle all travel-related documentation, itineraries, and confirmations with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion when handling sensitive client information and travel details.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Proactively resolve travel issues, troubleshoot booking discrepancies, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, luxury destinations, and premium service offerings to enhance client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Consultant, or related role.
  • Direct experience working with high-end or executive-level clientele, demonstrating strong professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or other major platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in bookings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
