Join our Technology Operations Division as a Technical Support Specialist. You’ll provide end-user desktop support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist in IT infrastructure monitoring. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow in a global organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Resolve hardware/software issues and perform daily backups
- Monitor IT infrastructure and liaise with vendors for problem resolution
- Support technical setup for trade shows (occasional travel)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; 1–2 years BPO experience preferred.
- Knowledge of PC hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
