Technical Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee academic systems support and student enrollment processes
- Provide support to Canvas LMS and Google Workspace and other academic related applications
- Provide technical assistance to Medical Center units on applications and systems
- Assist in the implementation of approved systems and data adjustments
- Prepare compliance reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent IT training)
- At least 2 years relevant IT experience
- Experience with academic systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of Canvas LMS and Google Workspace administration
- Skilled in OS installation, office applications, basic networking, and troubleshooting
- One (1) Full-time position available
- Can start ASAP
