Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support by assisting in handling schedules, filing and general office management tasks.
  • Ensure proper organization, storage and retrieval of project or business-related documents.
  • Ensures all documents comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams, departments, and external stakeholders to track document submissions, approvals and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, transactions, and supplier contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Document Controller or Administrative Assistant.
  • Highly organized and possess strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
