About the role

We operate at high volume and a fast pace, with over 1,000 used vehicles sold each month from a single Perth location. Our creative team plays a critical role in how our stock is presented to customers across digital platforms.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with solid hands‑on experience to join our in‑house marketing team. This role suits someone who is confident working independently, understands brand consistency, and can deliver high‑quality creative without needing day‑to‑day supervision.

Scope of Work

The responsibilities associated with the role include brand work, social media creative execution, and internal creative support. The role will also handle real-world initiatives such as company outings and corporate social responsibility campaigns.

Campaign Focus and Interests

The ideal candidate should have an interest in sports-related and national-level campaigns. Familiarity or enthusiasm for sports or automotive themes was identified as an advantage.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and apply key feature banners and visual treatments to vehicle imagery for digital listings
  • Perform high‑quality image retouching and manipulation at scale
  • Upload creative assets into vehicle management and marketing systems accurately and efficiently
  • Produce digital and print creative to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and internal initiatives
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs, applying guidelines confidently without constant oversight
  • Manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve visual quality, consistency, and efficiency in creative workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing team members and respond constructively to feedback
Experience & skills
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a graphic design role (in‑house, production, or agency)
  • Strong practical experience in high‑volume or fast‑turnaround environments
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Canva familiarity a plus)
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Confident retouching and image manipulation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Portfolio demonstrating real‑world, production‑ready design work
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is advantageous but not essential
