Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
Conduct daily safety inspections and hazard assessments
Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSH requirements
Conduct safety orientations and toolbox meetings
Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports
Recommend corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety programs
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: ✔ Graduate of any related course
✔ With valid BOSH/COSH Certification✔ Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health Standards
✔ Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industry is an advantage
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Can conduct safety inspections, toolbox meetings, and incident investigations
✔ Knowledgeable in preparing safety reports and compliance documents
✔ Willing to do field/site work
