To include, but not be restricted to, the following duties:
- Directly reports to the Safety Officer 3 – Senior/junior and monitors / evaluates the Safety Officers of tradecontractors / sub-contractors in their compliance with OSH standards;
- Monitors the compliance of all workers in the implementation of HSSE policies and programs in his/her designated area of responsibility;
- Monitors the operations group in maintaining good housekeeping in his/her designated area of responsibility;
- Issues a violation notice if there is a non-compliance to the company’s Health, Safety, Security & Environment Program;
- Authorized to issue a Work Stoppage Order (WSO) whenever an imminent danger to life and property is observed in a particular work activity or area and recommends corrective actions prior to the lifting of the WSO;
- Act as a Team Leader of the Safety Crew responsible in the installation and maintenance of Safety Devices.
- Responds promptly to any accident/incident and conduct an immediate safety investigation and gives recommendations to prevent recurrence of the accident;
- Assists/monitors the daily toolbox meeting of the Trade and Sub-Contractors at different areas within the construction site;
- Executes the HSSE policies and programs pro-actively.
- Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the HSSE Management.

- Willing to be assigned either at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig or Aseana City, Paranaque
