Job Summary

The Sales Account Executive (B2C) is responsible for developing and managing business-to-business accounts by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on promoting the company's coffee products and FMCG solutions to corporate clients, food service establishments, distributors, hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and other commercial accounts.

The Sales Account Executive is expected to provide excellent customer service, understand client needs, and contribute to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new B2B customers to expand the company's market presence.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular visits and relationship management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements within company guidelines.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer purchasing patterns and recommend suitable products and promotional programs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and forecasts.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.
  • Submit weekly sales activity reports, customer visit reports, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in the coffee industry, food service, beverage, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, and corporate sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and close sales effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer business needs.
  • Willing to travel for client visits and business meetings.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Willing to report onsite in Pasig City
