Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Human Resource Business Partner Lead (HRBP Lead) to support business operations through effective people management strategies and HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience across multiple HR facets, particularly in employee relations, recruitment, training, and compensation & benefits.

This role requires a proactive HR professional who can partner with stakeholders, analyze workforce data, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and help drive employee engagement and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and operations teams.
  • Handle and manage employee relations concerns, investigations, and resolutions.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, onboarding, and manpower planning.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives to improve employee performance and engagement.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration and ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support business decisions and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
  • Provide guidance to employees and leaders regarding HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • At least 3 years of experience in different facets of Human Resources, preferably with exposure to:
  • Employee Relations
  • Recruitment
  • Training & Development
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data and influence decision-making.
  • Current and in-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig City.
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule.
