Position: LOGISTIC ASSISTANT
Description:
- Ensure that all scheduled deliveries and itinerary requirements are met
- Establish controls in all logistical processes and procedures
- Coordinates with delivery drivers, other departments, and clients regarding the status or changes to the delivery schedule
- Prepare and file sales invoices, receiving forms, waybills, pull-out slips, and others
- Recommends improvements in procedures to promote efficiency and faster service
- Skills: Delivery planning, Order processing
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Amenable to work in Kalawaan, Pasig City
