Specific Job title/Position: Bid Desk Manager

Possibly this role is INDINVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - will not handle the team directly but will Lead end-to-end execution of competitive events, including RFx development, supplier communications, event administration in Coupa, and multiple e-auction formats.

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa -Hybrid – usually Once to 2x a month required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day; (For reverification the specific number of onsite days)
• Amenable to work on aNightshift schedule: : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM PHT
• Experience within Financial Service or Banking Industry
• At least 7+ years procurement/sourcing/bid management experience (or 5+ years with a post-graduate degree).
• Tools: Proficiency with Coupa/Ariba or comparable tools (Business Management Tools) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced analytical skills and basic negotiation capabilities with demonstrated experience managing competitive bid events (RFx and e-auctions).

• Proven quantitative, analytical and basic negotiation skill set
• High enthusiasm and desire to work in fast paced, ever changing environment
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams/platforms
• Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple

• Leading projects under S2P, working independently, delivering to leadership

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
