Job description:
- Responsible for the creation of a standardized company procedure and procedural policies manual through the consolidation and analysis of departmental process and procedural policies in collaboration with different department heads and staff.
- Provides job candidates by screening and scheduling interviews.
- Ensures accuracy of attendance for payroll, monitors tardiness, absences, undertime and leave applications.
