Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical Trainer with certifications in ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) and QABA (Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the professional development of healthcare and behavioral therapy personnel.

• Conduct training sessions related to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavioral interventions, and healthcare best practices.
• Develop, update, and implement training materials, modules, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support onboarding and continuous education programs for staff.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with management and clinical teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, Psychology, Special Education, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Valid ABAT Certification required.
• Valid QABA Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or clinical instruction within healthcare, behavioral therapy, or related settings.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver engaging learning sessions.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training-related tools.
