Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to support sales operations, manage key accounts, and coordinate various sales activities. The role involves account management, collections, bid preparation, and building strong relationships with customers in the healthcare and diagnostics industry.

• Support the Area Sales Manager and National Sales Manager in promoting the company's product portfolio.
• Manage customer accounts and coordinate concerns, inquiries, and requirements.
• Ensure timely collection and monitoring of account receivables.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare remittances, expense reports, itineraries, approvals, and travel bookings.
• Assist in the delivery and pick-up of documents such as purchase orders, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
• Prepare bidding requirements and assist with government and private tenders.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

• Graduate of any four-year Business course or Medical-related course.
• Experience in sales, particularly in diagnostic products, reagents, consumables, or medical equipment, is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in preparing bid documentation, particularly for government accounts, is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel to different areas nationwide and work in a field-based environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized, driven, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow with the company.
