The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading the store team, driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Job Responsibilites:
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the Regional Head regarding store performance, issues, and concerns.
- Sales Performance & Targets: Drive sales by maximizing customer service levels, implementing effective operating procedures, setting and monitoring sales targets, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to achieve assigned quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain strong expertise in all appliance categories and furniture product lines to support sales and customer engagement.
- Asset Management: Manage, safeguard, and optimize all company assets to ensure efficient store operations and maximize profitability.
- Inventory Management: Ensure proper inventory levels through regular stock checks, accurate inventory counts, merchandise availability, and proper stock rotation.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong working relationships with corporate buying departments and external vendors.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and develop store employees to achieve company objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee store operations by enforcing operational standards, company policies, and personnel procedures.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards at all times and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Financial Responsibilities: Assist with register bookkeeping, inventory reconciliation, expense monitoring, and budget control.
- Visual Merchandising: Supervise store layout and displays to ensure attractive visual presentations that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Daily Store Operations: Oversee and manage daily retail store operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning.
- Budget Management: Control store expenses, manage budgets effectively, and implement cost-optimization measures.
- College graduate of any course.
- With experience in retail store operations and sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledgeable in inventory and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Computer Literate.
