(1) QA/ QC SUPERVISOR

Supervise, arrange, allocate, and confirm the resources of the Quality Department.

Development, supervision, confirmation, and control of quality, environmental, and occupational safety procedures within the department.

Confirmation of quality, environmental, and occupational safety records within the department.

Provide education and guidance to all members within the department.

Supervision and confirmation of customer complaint handling and communication.

Responsible for following up on complaint countermeasures.

Responsible for the development, control, confirmation, review, and preservation of technical documents, process documents, quality, environment, and occupational safety documents in the QM Department.

Responsible for handling quality issues,4M change, machine troubleshooting and communication to service provider.

Submit weekly and monthly reports to the factory manager.

Responsible for managing and deploying SOC responsibilities.

Responsible for handling upgrade of QC,training and skill map.

Responsible for Initial Quality Management,

ISO Audit.

Handles and supervised ERP transaction.

Any task given by immediate head.
