Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of IT Business Planning Associate.
In this role, you will provide strategic administrative and coordination support to the CTO and IT Leadership Team, driving productivity through business reviews, schedule alignment, and key planning activitieswhile also partnering with HR to champion organizational and people initiatives.

What the role will entail- Provide executive support to the CTO, managing calendars, meetings, travel, and high-level correspondence.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate IT Business Reviews and leadership meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and timely deliverables.
- Support internal communications and planning efforts to enhance IT team alignment and productivity.
- Partner with HR to drive organizational initiatives, including onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or any related course
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in executive support, coordination, or administrative roles; background in tech or corporate settings is a plus
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills to support structured execution of IT initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint
- Demonstrates attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information and supporting leadership needs
