We’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing creative marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role blends creativity with technical execution to drive engagement and support business growth.

• Add and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
• Ensure website content is current, relevant, and engaging
• Maintain website functionality and user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues

• Design and develop visually appealing weekly email campaigns
• Update pricing and content aligned with internal systems
• Ensure emails are responsive across devices and platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize future email strategies

• Produce and edit promotional videos, tutorials, and multimedia content
• Maintain high production standards and brand consistency
• Create case studies and marketing collateral

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and implement new ideas
• Support outreach campaigns and client engagement initiatives

• Create and schedule engaging content across social platforms
• Monitor interactions and respond to build audience engagement
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve content effectiveness

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, and banners
• Ensure consistency of branding across all visual assets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a similar role
• Qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, Commerce, or related field
• Intermediate to advanced experience with WordPress/WooCommerce and NetSuite
• Experience with CRM platforms and LinkedIn marketing
• Strong design, content creation, and video editing skills
• High attention to detail and strong written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and messaging platforms
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the team
• Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
• Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
