As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving digital performance, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing marketing platforms across global customer journeys. You’ll balance hands-on execution with platform ownership, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.
Performance & Optimization- Own digital performance across platforms, focusing on conversion, engagement, and pipeline contribution
- Analyze performance data to generate insights and priorities optimization opportunities
- Lead A/B testing across campaigns and digital journeys
- Develop and evolve personalization strategies across key audience segments
- Manage preference centers and re-engagement strategies to improve retention
- Optimize on-site search (Algolia), including merchandising rules and search performance
- Own and champion key platforms including Marketo, Knak, Magento, and Algolia
- Act as the global lead for marketing automation (Marketo), ensuring best practices and consistency
- Maintain governance standards across campaign setup, data integrity, and UX
- Provide frameworks and guidance to regional teams for high-quality execution
- Lead initiatives to improve end-to-end digital customer experience
- Oversee development and optimization of landing pages, portals, and digital touchpoints
- Improve website structure, navigation, and usability
- Manage UX and digital development projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Oversee global campaign execution within Marketo
- Implement segmentation, dynamic content, nurture programs, and lead scoring
- Ensure digital readiness for campaigns and product launches
- Support regional teams in executing campaigns within established frameworks
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align digital and campaign strategies
- Upskill and support teams to enhance digital capability
- Provide guidance and problem-solving support across platforms and initiatives
- Establish and refine digital processes, testing frameworks, and optimization workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality
- Stay current with emerging tools, trends, and technologies
- Ensure all digital activities align with brand standards, data privacy, and regulations
- Maintain strong data integrity and ethical marketing practices
- Strong experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, and website optimization
- Advanced knowledge of Marketo, CRM integrations, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience with platforms such as Magento, Algolia, and digital UX optimization
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive performance improvements
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
