IT Account Manager (Project Coordinator)

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT project delivery (was able to successfully deliver a project as a delivery manager or as a project manager)
• Exposure to project delivery frameworks - Waterfall and Agile
• Possesses Contract Management skills (such as SOW, MA, MITA, etc.)
• Skilled in presentation to various level of stakeholders (good communication and written skills)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements and project objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks or issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and contractual obligations.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and action plans.
• Support change request management and project governance processes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
