Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining plant machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role ensures that machines are running safely, production parameters are met, and equipment is properly maintained to support uninterrupted plant operations.

Requirements

Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related course
Experience in operating plant or production machinery is an advantage
Knowledgeable in basic machine operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
Detail oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures
Proficient in basic safety practices and production documentation
Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor plant machinery according to standard procedures and production requirements
Conduct routine inspections and report any abnormalities or malfunctions
Record production data and ensure accurate reporting per shift
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for timely repairs and preventive maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and work area
Ensure compliance with company production standards and safety policies
