Job Summary

The Mill Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring plant milling equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and continuous production. This role ensures that production parameters are followed, materials are processed correctly, and equipment is maintained in good working condition to support consistent plant output.

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or any related technical course
• Experience in plant or mill operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic machine operation and production processes
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Detail oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards
• Good communication and coordination skills
