Job responsibilities
- Responsible for on-site/online hardware daily troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure the stable operation of equipment.
- Accept equipment failure tickets, quickly locate problems and handle them in a closed loop, record fault logs and solutions.
- Perform daily operation and maintenance operations such as device firmware upgrade, parameter configuration, and version iteration.
- Organize the operation and maintenance ledger and asset information, and be responsible for asset operation and management.
- Cooperate with feedback equipment problems, promote problem optimization and rectification, and be able to independently write local SOPs.
- Have experience in hardware equipment operation and maintenance, and be able to independently complete common software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiar with equipment debugging and basic network configuration, and able to use commonly used operation and maintenance tools.
- Careful and responsible in work, strong in execution, with good problem-solving skills and service awareness.
- Familiar with Linux Development Environment, proficient in shell and Python.
- Familiar with Docker and system services, understanding of embedded software and hardware is preferred
