Business Operations Consultant (Mega Manila)

This role is responsible in identifying growth areas, negotiating lease spaces and supporting expansion and replacement of closed shops in Metro Manila, Central and North Luzon areas. It shall be responsible for the end-to-end process in shop expansion, including lessor relations, franchisee coordination and shop opening requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site identification & acquisition
- Site study & evaluation (foot traffic, traffic generators, market demographics)
- Coordination with lessor and franchisee
- Presentation of proposal & approval
- Coordination of activities leading to shop completion & opening
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably business-related courses
- With at least 3 years of work experience in area management / business development / franchise relations, preferably from the food service industry
- Articulate, with good presentation and analytical skills
- Willing to do field work with possible week-long out of home base
- Can work with less supervision
