The role functions as a process owner and pre‑audit checkpoint, ensuring that outsourced manpower usage aligns strictly with: Zero‑Based ManningApproved budgetsContractual and statutory requirements The role does not supervise, manage, or direct manpower agency coordinators or deployed personnel.Other standard responsibilities:Zero‑Based Manning & Requisition Control Attendance and Billing Pre‑AuditAgency Contract & SLA Compliance Monitoring Cost Control, Reporting, and Analytics Risk Escalation & Audit Support About
