Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Care Experience (CCE) or 3 months collection experience
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
