Our affiliate company is seeking an Inn Supervisor to be assigned to a resort in Siquijor.

Job Overview

The Inn Supervisor ensures seamless guest experiences, maintains service and cleanliness standards, and supports staff in delivering warm Filipino hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inn activities and act as the main guest contact.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain property standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.

• Oversee reservations, check-in/check-out, billing, and inquiries.
• Support staff in guest service and upselling.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B for smooth operations.

• Supervise restaurant service to ensure food quality, hygiene, and guest care.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team on menu planning and stock control.
• Assist during busy service periods or events.

• Oversee daily cleaning schedules for guest rooms and public areas.
• Monitor linens, amenities, and cleaning supply inventories.
• Conduct regular room checks to maintain standards.

• Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance.
• Work with external contractors when needed.
• Ensure safety and upkeep of facilities.

• Prepare staff schedules and ensure coverage.
• Train, guide, and support staff in delivering excellent service.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and inventories.
• Report regularly to the property owner on operations and guest feedback.

• 1-2 years of experience in inn, hotel, or resort operations with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with Front Office, F&B, housekeeping, and basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible, resourceful, and passionate about hospitality.
