QA Specialist

Job Purpose and Impact

The QA Specialist will provide quality assurance and food safety technical support through testing and auditing process documentation and data collection and analysis. In this role, you will collaborate to identify quality assurance issues and analyze data to uncover risks and support knowledge transfer.

• Conduct inspections of finished products or raw materials to identify trends in defects or errors and support more complex trials and experiments under intermediate supervision.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to new team members.
• Conduct documentation review of hazard analysis, food safety and quality documents.
• Assists in audits and shelf life projects through testing, preparing reports and final summaries.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure appropriate actions and preventative measures are in place to prevent reoccurrence.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field
• Must be a licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician
• Willing to be based in Pulilan Bulacan
• Willing to be onsite, 6-day work week
