Quality assurance analyst

About the role

Exxel Prime International Trading Inc. is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in our South Caloocan, Metro Manila office. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products and services.

1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and improve product quality
2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues or non-conformances
3. Analyse quality data and provide detailed reports to management on quality trends and improvement opportunities
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues
5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance
6. Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control measures
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety and regulatory requirements

1. Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related technical field
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes
3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
5. Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
6. Strong communication and presentation skills
