Key Responsibilities (Will be placed on Logistics or Sales Department)

Logistics Staff
  • Prepare and process delivery, inventory, and shipping documents.
  • Monitor deliveries and coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transport providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and logistics transactions.
  • Assist in scheduling deliveries and tracking shipments.
Sales Staff
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and customer documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Generate sales reports and assist the sales team with administrative requirements.
General Administrative Duties
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience in logistics, sales administration, or office support is an advantage but not required.
