Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in multimedia production and design

Skills and Knowledge:

• Mastery of Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
• WordPress & Elementor IS A MUST: Experience building and customizing pages, with HTML and CSS proficiency; JavaScript familiarity is highly beneficial
• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva, Adobe Firefly, and other AI tools for design and production
• UI/UX: Strong understanding of user journey mapping and interface design principles
• SEO: Knowledge of how design and site structure impact search visibility
• Upmarket Aesthetic: Passion for clean, modern, and professional design trends
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing WordPress/Elementor sites, UI/UX layouts, multimedia assets, and responsive designs
• Communication: Excellent collaboration and feedback management skills
• Time Management: Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Web Design & Digital Experience Management:

• Architect and optimize responsive web interfaces and UI/UX systems aligned with brand strategy
• Design and build conversion-focused landing pages using WordPress and Elementor
• Manage website updates, content deployment, and layout structuring for digital assets
• Monitor site performance, usability, and cross-device compatibility

Graphic, Multimedia & Digital Production:

• Create high-quality digital assets including graphics, infographics, and long-form content
• Design and produce digital advertisements across static, GIF, and video formats
• Contribute to brand identity systems including logos, templates, and visual guidelines
• Perform professional photo editing, retouching, and compositing

AI-Driven Design & Production Enablement:

• Leverage AI tools for design ideation, content generation, and workflow acceleration
• Continuously adopt AI-driven methodologies to improve output quality and efficiency

Research, Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and UX standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align creative direction with business goals
• Provide expert consultation on design feasibility and execution

Additional Responsibilities:
