Marketing & Sales Systems Lead (Web Design Focus)

We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Systems Lead with a strong foundation in web design and user experience to build and optimize high-converting digital journeys. This role blends website design, funnel strategy, and system automation to create seamless experiences from first click to closed deal.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Funnel Design
- Lead the design and optimization of websites, landing pages, and sales funnels
- Create user journeys that drive conversions (lead capture, booking, purchases)
- Ensure all web assets are visually compelling, responsive, and user-friendly
- Collaborate on UI/UX improvements to enhance engagement and reduce drop-off
- Analyze user behavior (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics)
- Run A/B tests on pages, forms, and CTAs to improve performance
- Continuously refine page layouts, messaging, and design for better conversions
- Connect website flows with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Ensure seamless lead capture, tracking, and routing into sales pipelines
- Build automated workflows triggered by user actions (form fills, clicks, downloads)
- Design and launch landing pages for campaigns (ads, email, organic traffic)
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Optimize page load speed, SEO structure, and mobile experience
- Manage CMS and web platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Shopify)
- Work with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar for lead tracking
- Integrate third-party tools (forms, chatbots, analytics, scheduling tools)
- Monitor key metrics (conversion rates, bounce rates, time on page)
- Build dashboards to track website and funnel performance
- Use insights to inform design and system improvements
- 4–6+ years experience in web design, digital marketing systems, or similar roles
- Strong experience with web design tools (Webflow, WordPress, Figma, etc.)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion-focused design
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic to intermediate)
- Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization
- Strong eye for design, layout, and user behavior
- Experience in SaaS, agency, or eCommerce environments
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools and integrations
