We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Travel & Hospitality Account in Pasay City. In this role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel and hospitality services, including flight and hotel reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related concerns.
You will provide accurate information, resolve customer issues efficiently, and ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience while following company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Onsite work in Pasay City
- At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE)
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- B2 English communication level
- Salary package of up to ₱23,000
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
