Customer Service Representative – Pasay Site

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries related to travel and hospitality services.
• Assist customers with booking, modifying, canceling, and confirming travel reservations.
• Provide accurate information regarding flights, hotels, vacation packages, promotions, and company services.
• Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records using company systems and tools.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards during every customer interaction.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with data privacy regulations.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and travel policies through continuous training and coaching.
• Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective communication when interacting with customers.

• High School or Senior High School Graduate
• No call center experience required
• B2 English communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Willing to work onsite at Mall of Asia
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Customer-focused, reliable, and eager to learn
