What you'll be doing- Providing administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical departments
- Assisting with the coordination of patient appointments, scheduling, and records management
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and inquiries from patients, staff, and external partners
- Maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies as needed
- Participating in various projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, clinicians, and colleagues
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities
