Client Services Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to manage and strengthen relationships with key clients. This role serves as the primary link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery, high satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

If you have experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success in a B2B environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and strong relationship management
• Manage client inquiries, concerns, and escalations with a solution-oriented and proactive approach
• Monitor service performance and ensure alignment with client expectations and agreed service levels (SLAs)
• Prepare and present client reports, updates, and performance reviews

• Work closely with Operations teams to ensure service quality and timely resolution of client issues
• Coordinate with Finance on billing, contracts, and client account-related concerns to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relations
• Experience in B2B, engineering, or service-oriented industries is an advantage
