Position Title: ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Description: We are in need of Assistant Manager would be a role within a manufacturing facility, primarily responsible

for supporting the management of the tooling used in high-precision manufacturing processes, including tasks like
inventory control, maintenance, repair, and ensuring the tools are in optimal condition to meet production standards

and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assigned in Micro Actuator (MAT) Divisions in Cebu Mitsumi Inc. Danao Factory.
Tracking the quantity and condition of all precision tooling devices, including jigs, fixtures, dies, molds, and

gauges, ensuring proper storage and organization.

Inspecting tools regularly to ensure they meet quality standards and identifying potential issues that could

affect product quality.

Monitoring tooling expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing repair budgets.
Assisting in training new employees on proper tool handling, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong understanding of precision machining processes, tooling design principles, and various types of

precision tooling.

Experience with quality inspection methods and standards to ensure tooling meets specifications.
Proficiency in inventory tracking systems and maintaining accurate tool records.
Effective communication with production teams, maintenance personnel, and management regarding tooling

needs and issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in the same position or duties and responsibilities for at least two (2) years.
Bachelor’s degree in precision machinery engineering or other related field.
