Qualifications

High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Level; graduate of Printing Technology or a related technical course is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 74 and/or SM 102 offset printing machines.
Strong knowledge of sheet-fed offset printing processes, including machine setup, makeready, registration, ink and water balance, and print quality control.
Skilled in color matching, color registration, and maintaining consistent print quality.
Able to interpret job orders, production specifications, and printing layouts.
Knowledgeable in handling various paper stocks, GSM, and printing substrates.
Capable of performing basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Familiar with Heidelberg machine controls and standard operating procedures.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect print defects and implement corrective actions.
Physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays when required.
Able to work efficiently under pressure while meeting production schedules and quality standards.
Good communication skills and able to work effectively with the Production, Pre-Press, and Quality Assurance teams.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper machine housekeeping.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in commercial printing, packaging, or label printing.
Knowledge of ISO or quality management procedures is an advantage.
Willing to be trained on other Heidelberg press models and related production equipment.
Positive attitude, dependable, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
