Job Overview:

The Sales Executive (Events) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences from pre-event to post-event stages. The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and hotel operations teams, ensuring all event requirements are properly communicated and delivered according to company standards.

This position supports the Events and Sales team in achieving revenue goals through effective event servicing, client relationship management, and identification of upselling opportunities. The Sales Executive (Events) is also responsible for maintaining accurate event documentation, coordinating logistics, monitoring guest satisfaction, and ensuring successful event execution.

The role works closely with various departments including Sales, Banquet Operations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and other support teams to deliver high-quality events aligned with the company's service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage event requirements from pre-event planning to post-event follow-through
  • Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation including Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), function sheets, and client records
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event process
  • Ensure smooth coordination with operational departments for seamless event execution
  • Monitor events on-site and address client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and operations teams
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products, services, and event enhancements
  • Assist in managing group room blocks, function spaces, and event logistics
  • Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate final bill reviews with clients and concerned departments
  • Maintain event databases, sales records, and client profiles through Delphi or related systems
  • Support the Events and Sales team in achieving revenue targets and maximizing function space utilization
  • Assist in sales activities including telemarketing, sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
  • Gather client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and event experiences
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Events, Sales, Banquet, or Hospitality Operations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel/event management systems is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Muntinlupa City
