Posted on 1 July 2025- Responsible in providing product/services information from new and existing account while performing the duties and responsibilities as prescribed.
- Prepare, log and file quotations & instructions and other related documents.
- Answer correspondence pertaining to assigned account and on-behalf of the Sales Executive.
- Encode/Update customer Tariff (Export and Import) on CWI System whenever there is new shipment, instruction, rate increase and whatever it is deemed necessary.
- Arrange Export and Constructive booking using CWI System.
- Monitor and update customer for daily Import and Export Transactions.
- Attend to other customers and agents need, inquiries, and concern.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by Superiors.
- Attend customer complain and prepare logs action report.
- College Graduate
- Computer literate and with Good Communication Skills
- Strong Interpersonal and Customer Service Skill
