Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and data gathering to support business operations and reporting
- Maintain and update inventory records; monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Assist in procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, preparing purchase requests, and tracking orders
- Process and monitor permits, licenses, and other regulatory requirements; coordinate with government offices and ensure timely renewals
- Prepare reports, documentation, and administrative records accurately and on schedule
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operational flow
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support, inventory, procurement, and permit processing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
