About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the team at Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine in Guadalupe, Cebu City. This is a full-time position based on-site at our campus location. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our marketing and sales initiatives, helping to promote our academic programmes and enhance our institution's visibility within the community and beyond.You will work collaboratively with our marketing and admissions teams to develop and execute campaigns that attract prospective students and strengthen our institutional brand.
Key responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and promotional items
- Coordinate with admissions staff to schedule campus tours and prospective student events
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective students via email, phone, and social media platforms
- Support the organisation of open house events, recruitment fairs, and institutional activities
- Assist in gathering and analysing marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for institutional growth
- Liaise with faculty and departmental heads to gather information for promotional materials
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing support, customer service, or sales coordination roles, preferably within the education sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with social media platforms
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative on projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Enthusiasm for education and a genuine interest in promoting academic excellence
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
