Job description:
Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Consultant (Independent) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales for our professional training courses.
You will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses upskill through our high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, networking).Promote and sell training courses to individuals, corporate clients, and educational institutions.
Conduct sales presentations and meetings to understand customer training needs.
Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals and quotations.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the enrollment process.
Maintain a database of leads and track sales activities in a CRM system.
Market Research & Strategy:
Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve promotional strategies.
Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry seminars.
Qualification
Proven experience in sales, business development, or telesales, preferably in the education or training industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend relevant training programs.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
