Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
NEPTEL Design + Build Makati Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and manage progress billings and variation orders.
- Interpret architectural drawings to perform accurate material take-offs for partitions, ceilings, and finishes.
- Control project costs and provide detailed financial reports using spreadsheet software.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure work remains within budget.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- With at least 2–3 years of experience in commercial fit-out projects
- Experience in Design & Build (D&B) projects is an advantage
- Knowledge in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, cost control, billing, and variation works
- Familiar with interior works such as partitions, ceilings, and finishes
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings
- Proficient in estimation tools and spreadsheet software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
