About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creatives & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at the Grand Meritus Security Agency. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing strategies and overseeing the creation of compelling visual content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
JOB SUMMARY
§ Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
§ Oversee and manage the marketing team, ensuring collaboration and productivity.
§ Allocate the marketing budget effectively and monitor expenditures.
§ Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
§ Report campaign performance to senior management and recommend improvements.
§ Foster professional development within the team.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, digital marketing, or brand strategy.
- Proven track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, web).
- With an eye for graphic design, preferably with basic graphic design skills
- Experience in content creation and copywriting for various marketing channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and managing cross-functional marketing projects.
